Richelle and her team are professional, very responsive, informed and helpful. Their rental inspections are punctual and efficient, with plenty of notice provided. I commend them as property managers and will definitely consider them in future.

By far the most unprofessional, incompetent and worst real estate that we have ever dealt with and leased through. We would not recommend this business to any potential buyers, seller's, investors, owners, renters anyone in fact. We were expected to move into a property that wasn't vacant/bond cleaned with a dark green putrid pool. But because the house was a sale not an end of lease when they listed the property it became our problem. 7 months into our lease we have issued 19 breaches with 17 still outstanding. Currently we have handed our case over to consumer protection. The 3 property managers with have had in the last 7 months and even the senior and head of property all have the same work culture. They show no empathy or compassion, they are rude and at times bullies. They are completely incapable of doing there job properly, they lie and have no regard to there many mistakes and lack of communication with us. We adhere to our lease agreement but it's a different story with this business. Shop elsewhere would be our recommendation!
Will not recommend this company. They Bully their tenants into signing bond disposals. They also try to charge tenants for things that was indicated in the property report when moving in. So I recommend check everything including all invoices they will try to charge you for things that was not indicated.
