We rent the house from ACTON Mt. Lawley. I thought ACTON was one of the biggest real estate agencies that we could trust in. However, I would never know the tricky part of them until encountering some circumstances. The invoice of water bill we received were always made by ACTON. We never see the genuine bill from Water cooperation; furthermore, they took money from the bond without giving the evidence such as the receipt/ bill from the cleaning company even I requested for it. They were very inefficient to any financial request. I strongly dont recommend this company. Not reliable, not trustworthy.
Carlos and Chloe at Acton Mount Lawley were absolutely fantastic to deal with. My property sold very quickly and I think that was due to the marketing plan that Carlos put forward. I am happy to recommend them to anybody considering a great agent.
