Trying to rip people off by giving appointments only afterhours and also tried to charge for seeing my son who is only 5 months old! (Children are usually free of charge in other medical centres)Plus dr cook made a very rude comment when i was pregnant and said it didnt matter which hospital i went to for giving birth since i "only had to push a baby out!" Not returning!
Quite disappointed about the doctor we met tonight. What she said was quite offensive and made me and my wife quite uncomfortable.
Staff are caring and helpful. The doctors are brilliant!!!
The after hours admin staff I encountered were a disgrace to the medical profession. Over the phone they are quick to dismiss you and you are made to feel that you're wasting their time asking questions. Similarly when I attended I had to wait as another patient was spoken to rudely and accused of behaving in a manner towards staff which was grossly exaggerated. I left not bothering to deal with these clowns that forget they're working with sick and vulnerable people.
A wonderful and caring group, not only of doctors ad nurses, but the reception staff are the tops too.Highly recommend
