I've been going to this practice for a few years now and have been recommending it to friends many times. Yes, there are waiting periods at times, but I've never felt rushed out of an appointment. I've been to a practice before where it seemed everything was about making the appointment as short as possible, so I appreciate being taken seriously. Every doctor we've seen ththe has been kind, thorough and understanding.
The Doctors are good but never on time. I am typically seen 30-45 minutes late and its always been like this.Better time management needs to be implemented with longer time slots for appointments. The scheduling system clearly doesnt work.I only come back because I like my doctor
I have been coming to this place for several years now. Sadly I will be leaving and not coming back, because since I developed a long term condition, it was not taken seriously and even though my symptoms are still there I havent been provided with treatment - the doctor put it all down to stress.They also failed to diagnose iron deficiency which later on was found by a different GP I go to now. The receptionist told me off for a long visit, because the doctor took a bit longer and I was charged twice the amount of money for the visit. I just think if you want to hold on to patients and being an expensive place you should really train staff to be polite and compassionate towards patients, especially those who have been visiting the practice for a long time. Extremely disappointed and upset.
We have been coming here for over a decade because our doctors listen and take real care of us. Having a great relationship with your GP is vital for getting the appropriate treatment. My whole family comes here because we appreciate the time and patience taken with our health issues - and sometimes that means we have to wait but it's small price to pay. Highly recommend.
The doctors here are all excellent. However as many others comment the front desk staff arent so. You are never alerted when the doctors are running late and even if you ring they say they are on time. Just beware average waiting time is one hour. And reception staff dont care one bit and are often rude.
