UNPROFESSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE!!! Staff are extremely unprofessional. My child and I were treated poorly on several occasions. They took my child into the treatment room (parents are not permitted) and proceeded to chat about their weekend among themselves and referred to my son as a girl. We are appalled and were not offered an apology instead we were told "oh it must be his hair". The following was added after the clinic responded to this review: My point of unprofessionalism is further reiterated by the staff finding it appropriate to first respond to my google review in detail rather than my email! Very unprofessional and shows they are more concerned with saving face to the public rather than repairing the relationship with the patient / patients family.
Simply given unnecessary treatment and then when didn't do it (because I felt it unnecessary) was told that I was doing great with the treatment and it was working as it should be XD. I understand that there is definitely more at play here than I can understand as I am no dentist and will be happy to change my review if some legitimate reason is given.
