I cant say enough to recommend Vanilla Beauty. She is so friendly and caring. Very focused on doing the job right. I have been going here for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. I am so surprised to see bad reviews I have never had anything but 100% excellent customer service and brilliant results from any service she has given me.
Alex is so lovely and has a lot of experience in what she does. Started to going to her through a groupon voucher for brazilian waxing and now I won't go to anyone else. Highly recommended!
I've been using Alex's services for the last year and a half and I couldn't speak more highly about her. She does an incredible job and really understands and cares about her clients. I no longer get ingrown hairs and my waxings are virtually painless. It makes me sad to see terrible reviews attacking her character as she has always treated me with respect and care. She does a great job and is incredibly dependable. Would recommend 100%

THE WORST BEAUTICIAN IVE EVER BEEN TO IN THE WHOLE OF MY LIFE! Rude, unprofessional , dare I say unhygienic as she did not wear gloves doing a Brazilian wax!! Disgusting attitude, aggressive. Dared to challenge why I wasnt happy mid wax when I was totally vulnerable and exposed. Challenged me again before I was able to put underwear on. Dared Di suggest I pay an extra $10 for a few hairs on my inner thigh. This womans attitude is disgusting and reprehensible and no one should go there ever!!! BUYER BEWARE
