Felicia, the owner is not at all about her customers. I bought a buy three get one free package (expired end of 2018), and my 4th appointment was going to be in January (as I was away for two weeks) and I told the technician that worked for Felicia in advance and she said it would still be honoured as I paid for it already and I gave them a heads up. Felicia, then told me, on the day of my appointment, that the technician didn't work there anymore and it would not be honoured. She said she would loose money (which is wrong as it was already paid for). This is unfair to the customer and it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth about Felicia and the way she runs her business.
Felicia is absolutely incredible and has completely changed my skin. She is so kind, helpful and FULL of knowledge. The treatments are affordable, effective and I always leave with the most beautiful, hydrated skin. She doesn't rip you off like a lot of clinics in the area do & stocks fantastic products that make at home care so much easier. I can't recommend her enough, especially after struggling to find someone who understands my skin for such a long time!
I received a voucher for $150 with a 6 month expiry. I am currently 9 months pregnant and have had a lot going on the last few months. The treatment I was after could not be done whilst I am pregnant so I called to advise to let them know and If I can use it after. Without knowing I was month past the expiry and the Skiin Boutique refused to honour the voucher for a later date. As any pregnant person would know, laying down on your back for long periods of time is extremely uncomfortable and is not good for you or the baby if you are heavily pregnant. You posted last night about another business under cutting you, well I wouldnt worry about that effecting your profits, the service you provide is disgraceful and if you knew anything about that you wouldnt lose customers. Had you gone above and beyond expectations I would of been telling my friends and family good thing about Skiin Boutique but instead I am telling the people that got me the voucher, my friends and my family how upset I am that I wasnt able to use it. Word of mouth is the most powerful method of advertising and if you focused on looking after your clients rather than being selfish then you wouldnt need to worry about your competitors.

Felicia provided a warm and welcoming environment. She made me feel comfortable and took the extra time and effort to ensure that the waxing and sculpting that she was doing was absolutely perfect. Honestly would not let anyone else touch my eyebrows after seeing her. Would highly reccomend this business!
