The juices here are rather expensive and they have a very limited range of flavours. TThe brand they stock are mostly high VG, overly sweet flavours as opposed to the high PG, thicker juices, that are favoured by most serious Vapers, due to their fuller and juicier flavours. The mods and atomizer tanks are also a bit on the pricey side of reasonable too. My particular experience with these guys was with buying a new tank as the old one was not working properly and leaking, they sold me an entry level vaporesso tank and that was all good and fine for about 2 days, when the tank cracked whilst I was using it!! Luckily there was a spare glass tank part so I carefully made sure the O rings were glass shard free and in the same place the guy from the shop installed them, then within 2 hours the 2nd tank cracked! I took it to another smaller shop in Northbridge called "The Vape Farm" (5 Star Review) who not only replaced the glass, but figured out that the reason they were breaking is that the O ring seals were installed the wrong way!!! I went back to this shop and spoke to the lady who was the manager (or so she said) who told me that it was MY FAULT for not making sure that they were in the right way (I had never owned a tank like this and the guy who sold it to me set it up) and that even though I had the receipt for the replacement glass, that it was my problem, not theirs. I will NEVER recommend Cloud 9 to ANY serious Vaper, unless you have no other choice, or know exactly what you are doing, I advise to avoid these guys at all costs...

Super friendly staff. Lots of glass pieces... Starting to get a decent range of concentrate accessories. All the usual suspects too... RAW, Juicy Jays and many more. No tobacco blunt wraps though... Maybe I should give them up but I do love a 'Gin n' Juice 'magnum blunt!
