Thanks for taking hundreds of dollars from me in pre-paid packages then either moving your shop or closing down. I guess I should have clued in when you kept mass texting people deals, but I'm naive I suppose. No ethics. Wonder how many others you screwed over and took their money. KARMA.
Paid $110 for a shellac manicure and pedicure that I could have done myself at home. Inconsistency in service, went here with a friend while I have was having a my pedicure done (without foot soak) my friend sitting beside was also have her pedicure done (with foot soak) - we both paid the same price! I was told by the lady doing mine that she was told by her manager not to. Also she sat there doing nothing while she was waiting for the machine to set the shellac, which the other lady was using because it was easier than getting a cord to plug the other machine in. The shellac on my toes was smudged by the time I left the salon as she did not allow them time to set. I would have gotten better service, my nails would have looked more professional and a more reasonable price at an express salon.
