I went into this shop last year for a bit of a look around and ended up buying an oven. I found Michele to be very nice and inspiring, and we have been extremely happy with our oven. I was going to have catering for my 40th birthday but it was similair price to buy an oven and cook a 14 hour brisket which we have done several times now. The food and atmosphere from our oven is amazing and I would thoroughly recommend Gourmet woodfired pizza ovens.
