I could not speak more highly of the staff at Best Body in Mt Lawley. All the instructors and staff are friendly,welcoming and super efficient. A big shout out goes to Chloe who sorted all my issues out . Trust me after an pilates class you will hurt ( in a good way)in places that you never knew could hurt. You must also try Bungee fit if you want a excellent cardio class.
I can't recommend Happy Physio Mount Lawley enough! Dan was fantastic and treated me for all of the 3 months that I needed treatment for my lower back spasm. He was happy to answer all my questions and explained things to me along the way. He gave me exercises that I could do on my own at home which really helped my recovery process. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a physio.
Awesome place! Lovely set out of the building. And the stuff were awesome. Took time to listen to what I needed and really involved me in divising a plan to move forward. Highly recommend!!
Happy with happy physio. I had a MVA claim pending, the physio treatment seem to be the most effective in terms of pain management for me. I would recommend this place for physio treatments.
I absolutely love everything about Happy Physio.Since joining just over 3months ago, I am definitely feeling so much fitter with less general body pain, I still have a way to go to get fully fit but know Im finally on the right track with Happy Physio.All the staff are fantastic but special mention has to go to Susana, she is such a brilliant, caring instructor her enthusiasm is contagious.I cant recommend this business highly enough, give them ago you won't be disappointed .
