The flowers I ordered are gorgeous. Importantly, I messed up the delivery date when I ordered. The lovely staff emailed me to clarify. I said the delivery was meant to be for today, as my friends had just arrived back from a funeral. That email was a couple of hours ago at most. The recipient just sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement. Outstanding service.
We rang from Qld. to have flowers delivered to the hospital. We have just received a photo of the them and are very unhappy and embarrassed at the meanness of the arrangement.
